What an IT Risk Review actually is

A conversation and a walkthrough — usually under an hour — followed by a plain-English summary of what I found. You get the findings whether or not you ever become a client. Most owners already suspect where the weak spots are; this puts them on paper so you can make a decision with real information.

1. A short conversation

How your business uses technology, what has broken before, and what would hurt most if it stopped working tomorrow.

2. A look at the environment

Backups, security coverage, email protection, hardware age, support arrangements — what exists and what only appears to.

3. A written summary

What I found, ranked by risk, with what it would take to fix each item. Yours to keep and act on however you choose.
